The employees are affable and excellent. Make sure you stay in the triple room with the view of the garden. Great to have a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe. Great service, the breakfast is sensational.

The hotel is perfectly clean, provides with spotless rooms. The atmosphere of the property is quiet. Great restaurant, fabulous food, people working here are attentive. Everything was amazing during our stay. The staff were attentive, took care of us during 1 day stay. We booked a double room with a comfortable bed. A good choice of meals for breakfast, it was sensational. Liked the location in Palermo.

We spent Easter holidays at a hotel that left a positive impression on us. The breakfast buffet was great with a good variety of food options. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and we enjoyed exploring the surroundings. the customer service was exceptional, the staff was always friendly, and accommodating.
Our stay was not perfect. The room was quite expensive and did not meet our expectations.
